It is used with a screen already complete with a real cell of 14/15 days. Remove the screen from the cell holder (B) and insert the cell protector over the actual cell. Place everything in an orphan hive. Colonies that often tend to damage the cell inserted with this accessory can no longer pierce it and kill the queen.
