The shipment of your package

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days of receipt of payment and are shipped via BRT with tracking and drop-off without signature. You will receive a text message directly from the courier with the tracking number relating to your shipment to give you the opportunity to track it. In case of problems you can contact our Customer Service via the email commerciale@stale.it .

Shipping costs include handling and packaging charges and transport costs. The management costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We recommend that you group your items in one order. It is not possible for us to group two distinct orders placed separately, therefore shipping costs will be charged for each of them. Your package will be sent at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items.
