UNCAPPING SPEED

The uncapping operation, usually, using traditional forks requires long times and little uniformity in the work. This particular tool is used in the opposite way to the usual one, that is, it is necessary to slide it on the surface of the operculum by pulling it towards oneself, in order to eliminate one slice of the operculum at a time.

The sturdy handle allows you to exert the right pressure to easily eliminate the operculum, an important detail of this fork is the peculiarity that the blade can be tilted at will by acting on the side wing nuts.
