Small flat lever

The lever is an indispensable tool in apiary.

Without it, it is practically impossible to undermine both the supers and the cable cover to inspect the family because of the propolis with which the bees close drafts of light and air that are not congenial to them.

With its flat chisel ends we can make force to open the hive by inserting it easily between the nest and the cable cover, or undermine the supers during the harvest period.

It can also be used to scrape off propolis residues on the edges of hives or hives.
